If you're intending to travel to the United States, either as a tourist, or on business, for a visit lasting less than 90 days, you must apply for your ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization).
Citizens of countries within the VWP (Visa Waiver Program) are required to obtain an Electronic System for Travel Authorization in order to travel to or through the US. The ESTA visa system is operated by the US Government Department for Homeland Security, and Electronic System for Travel Authorization applications may only be made electronically online.
- Production of the new form is a little behind schedule, but should be available in the week beginning 10 June 2006. Applications made before June 22 will have to be made on the existing forms (version September 2005).

Who can register for an ESTA visa?
